How do I pay for Classavo on my mobile device?

While using our mobile applications on iOS or Android devices, you may encounter this message:

"Payments are not yet supported on mobile app. We know this is not ideal"

We regret any inconvenience this may cause and are actively working to address this issue.

In the meantime, you can make payments for Classavo through your web browser on either a mobile device or laptop (it just needs to have a web browser).

Please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Classavo website on your web browser.
2. If you were attempting to enter the ID and password for your course, please do so again in your browser. Otherwise, open the existing course and navigate to the Learn section.
3. Continue with the payment process.
4. Once the payment has been successfully completed, you may return to using the mobile application.
